Brief introduction of PF series impact crusher:

This series of Impact crusher is new product designed by our company after absorbing the advanced technology. This kind of crusher can crush many kinds of materials with max feed size less than 500mm and crushing strength less than 350 MP. It has the features of high ratio of crushing, reliable working, easy to maintenance, etc. The final products are with cubic shapes and are the ideal equipments for construction the highway and water and electricity construction. Dealing with the material with the side length 500mm, not more than 350Mpa anti-pressure strength, Impact Crusher can be widely used in the first and secondary crushing.

During the process of operating, the rotor in high speed will be brought along by the electric motor. The material will be stricken by the Flat Hammer to be crushed, and then be countered to the liner for the second crushing, then be discharged through the discharge opening.

Application of   impact crusher

This series of   impact crusher   are optimized after adopting advanced techniques. Working Principle of impact crusher
 impact crusher   is the machine which breaks materials using the impact energy. The rotor rotates of our mobile crusher with a high speed driven by power motor when the machine is working. When the materials get into hammer effect area, they are impacting to break with the hammer on the rotor and then threw to the impacting position to take another crushing.  After that they spring back to hammer impacting area from impact wrist plate to take crushing again. This procedure repeats itself. The materials get into 1,2,3 impact cavity from big to small to take repeated crushing. When the material is crushed to the required size, it's discharged from the outlet.  The material's discharging size and shape can be changed through adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotator.
